Fresher Software Engineers
with basic programming skills and a strong willingness to learn. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in software development and gain hands-on experience in real-time projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining software applications.
Write simple, clean, and well-structured code under guidance from senior developers.
Support in debugging and fixing minor issues in code.
Participate in code reviews and learn best practices.
Collaborate with team members in a hybrid working environment.
Learn and work with new technologies, tools, and frameworks as required.
Document tasks, modules, and processes as part of daily work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of at least one programming language:
Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, C/C++
, etc.
Understanding of
OOP concepts
, data structures, and basic algorithms.
Familiarity with
SQL
and databases.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Good problem-solving, logical thinking, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Exposure to Git or version control.
