Deliver training and consultation to clients transitioning into AI/ML and DA/BA roles.
Design and structure customized, project-based training programs based on individual skill levels and goals.
Provide continuous mentorship and support to help clients build job-ready tech portfolios.
Guide clients in optimizing their online presence (LinkedIn, GitHub, Tableau, etc.).
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Requirements:
Proficiency in AI/ML and DA/BA tools & concepts
Experience in teaching/training or mentoring others (even at peer level)
Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills
Research and project coordination abilities
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a hybrid team setup
Prior experience in Ed-Tech or Consulting is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
