Key Responsibilities:
Convert raw data from various sources into structured formats for analysis and decision-making.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that provide a clear representation of key metrics and performance indicators.
Collaborate with department leaders to identify their data visualization needs and tailor dashboards accordingly.
Design and implement automation workflows to facilitate seamless data transfer between systems.
Conduct regular audits of data to identify and rectify discrepancies or issues.
Implement data cleaning techniques to enhance data quality.
Assist in training team members on new automation tools and dashboard functionalities.
Provide comprehensive reports on data processes and automation efficacy.
Skills and Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, B.tech, BE, BCA, or a related field (an equivalent course or practical experience will also work).
Basic understanding of data analysis and experience in working with data.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker) is a plus.
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere) is desirable.
Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software for data manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
