Role Overview
As a
React + Figma
Developer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining modern, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to translate concepts and Figma designs into polished, production-ready UI experiences.
Must Have skills
Strong expertise in
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Advanced proficiency with
React.js
and its ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, Redux)
Excellent understanding of
JSX
and component-driven architecture
Hands-on experience with
Functional Components & Hooks
(useState, useEffect, useContext)
Strong grasp of
state, props, and state lifting
Experience integrating
RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
Familiarity with
React Testing Library
Proficiency with
Git
and version control workflows
Solid understanding of
UI/UX principles
Ability to convert
Figma designs
into pixel-perfect, reusable components
Knowledge of responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
Good to have
Experience with
Angular
Familiarity with state management tools like
Zustand
or
Recoil
Exposure to testing frameworks (
Jest
, RTL)
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive, scalable UI using React
Work closely with designers to convert
Figma
mockups into production-quality interfaces
Integrate APIs and ensure optimal performance across the UI layer
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues
Follow modern frontend architecture standards and best practices
