Role Summary:
Develop predictive models for Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and effectiveness.
Optimize algorithms for processing speed and accuracy.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science technologies.
Communicate findings and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing machine learning models and working with large datasets.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python for ML development and automation.
Strong understanding of ML algorithms, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Building custom ML pipelines for training and deployment.
Experience with model serving and integration into applications.
Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
Writing modular, reusable code for experimentation and production.
Familiarity with version control and CI/CD for ML workflows.
Knowledge of data visualization and reporting frameworks.
