Role Description
This is a full-time Motion Designer role based in South Delhi. The Motion Designer will conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and animation for various digital platforms, collaborating with the creative and production teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and project goals. Responsibilities include developing visual storytelling through dynamic media, creating animations, editing video content, and maintaining consistency across all design elements. The role involves working on projects related to filmmaking and the creator industry in a fast-paced, on-site environment, ensuring deadlines and production quality are met effectively.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in motion design, animation, and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software.
Solid understanding of graphic design, storytelling techniques, and creating visually engaging content for diverse audiences.
Experience in designing for digital platforms, social media, and video marketing campaigns.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret creative briefs and develop compelling visuals.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Working knowledge of the film and content creation industry is a strong advantage.
