Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer, based in Bengaluru. The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites by integrating both back-end and front-end technologies. Daily tasks will include coding, troubleshooting, optimizing web functions, and collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless functionality and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites for brands
• Create layouts, wireframes, and mockups based on client needs
• Ensure seamless User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI)
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and mobile usage
• Collaborate with content + marketing teams to bring brand stories to life
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications & Skills:
• 0–2 years of experience in Web Design or UI/UX
• Proficiency in tools like
WordPress, Webflow, Figma, Flutter,Adobe XD
, etc.
• Strong understanding of
HTML, CSS
(basic JavaScript preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience designing custom themes, landing pages, and website layouts
• Able to meet deadlines and handle brand expectations professionally

Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory
