Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Modeler with 12+ years of experience to design and maintain efficient data models supporting analytics and reporting needs. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, SSAS, and DAX, with the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate, high-quality, and well-governed data solutions. Note Immediate Joiner Onsite Mandatory Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective data models. Develop and maintain Power BI and SSAS models, ensuring performance and scalability. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Write and optimize DAX queries and SQL scripts for efficient data consumption and reporting. Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards. Troubleshoot model or query-related issues and provide timely solutions. Maintain documentation for models, processes, and best practices. Required Skills Strong expertise in Power BI and SSAS for designing and maintaining analytical data models. Proficiency in DAX and SQL for developing optimized measures, queries, and calculations. Solid understanding of Data Modeling principles, including star and snowflake schemas. Experience working with Databricks , Delta Lake , and related data processing frameworks. Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and Data Warehousing best practices. Awareness of Data Governance and ensuring model alignment with organizational standards.Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) security models. Familiarity with semantic modeling tools such as Timber.AI, LookML, Cube, or similar platforms is a plus.
