About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Data Scientist
to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and preprocess large and diverse datasets.
Build, validate, and deploy predictive and statistical models.
Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Conduct A/B tests, design experiments, and evaluate model performance.
Automate data workflows and contribute to data pipeline improvements.
Stay updated with emerging tools, algorithms, and best practices in Data Science.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Python/R and SQL.
Hands-on experience with ML techniques (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, time-series, etc.).
Familiarity with ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large-scale data (Big Data tools like Spark/Hadoop).
Exposure to MLOps tools and model deployment practices.
Knowledge of statistics, probability, and experimental design.
Experience working in product-based or fast-paced startup environments.
