Position: Process Analyst Experience: 4-7 Years Office Location: Central Bengaluru (Ashok Nagar, Residency Road area). Working Model: On-site Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to help streamline processes and contribute to data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in process analysis, documentation, and improving business operations across various functions. Key Responsibilities Conduct process analysis to identify improvement opportunities across the organization. Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, document workflows, and enhance operational efficiency. Analyze data and create reports to support business decision-making. Work with IT and other departments to develop and implement new processes. Design and develop business process documentation, including workflows, diagrams, and standard operating procedures. Develop KPIs to measure and track the performance of processes. Train and guide teams on process improvements and best practices. Required Skills Strong experience in business process analysis and documentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies. Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio or similar.
